Suppliers

Piggy Boutique offers bespoke printed products. We use UK printers wherever possible.  Once you place your order, it is directly sent to our suppliers for printing and shipping.  Each product is carefully checked before it is distributed.  As your custom order is place immediately with them, it is important to note that you will not be able to change your order or request a refund, unless the item is faulty.  Therefore, please contact us if you have any questions prior to ordering on contact@piggyboutique.com or send message via our Facebook page @piggyboutiqueuk.  Your feedback is very important to us.  

Ordering Times

Each product has a different production time.  For items printed in the UK, they can be 1-7 working days and overseas can be 1-15 working days (Monday to Friday).  You will be notified when your order is being despatched and in most countries, will allow you track your package. 

Postage/Shipping

Our products are currently only available in the U.K.  This will change soon to include overseas.  More details to follow. 

Postal/Shipping fees are set at the point of purchase and will vary based on the item you have purchased.  

Returns/Exchanges

At this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for unwanted items. Due to the nature of print on demand, your order is printed specifically for you and do not fall within the Consumer Contracts Regulations in the UK, unless the item is faulty. 

If the item is faulty, there is a return address to the printers.  Please contact us if this happens on contact@piggyboutique.com and we will advise you accordingly. 

Eco Credentials

Our suppliers use eco friendly printing methods and products wherever possible. This includes water based inks and reducing the use of plastic.
